When I become conscious of something that I don’t
need to be, oh what a mess I make of it…..much like when talking to someone and
then I become aware that I am only looking at one of their eyes. Then I begin to think and start asking myself all kinds of questions. Well, which eye should I focus on? The right one or the left one? Or do I switch back and forth? Uh oh, now that I am so aware of focusing on
their eyes, I feel like I am staring, or not paying enough attention. Do they know what I am going through and how hard this is for me? Maybe I should look away for a minute as if I
am thinking about what they are saying. How on earth do we do all of this
without thinking? Help!!!
